The second oil sample demonstrates the customer how clean his oil is after filtration. It should therefore be a proof of the function of the device and is used for the comparison with the first sample later on.
Before taking the second oil sample, rinse the ladle with a little bit of oil so that no particles from the first sampling stick to it and falsify the result.
Take the second sample from the oil flow coming out in front of the VITO to avoid getting particles in the ladle.
Let the customer see and smell the second sample. Explain that this is clean, filtered oil. Make sure that the first and second samples have the same oil level, because a change in oil level will also affect the visibility and therefore the color of the frying oil.
Place the bowl with oil to the first bowl and compare. Save for the résumé.
