The first oil sample is to show the customer how many particles are in his oil before filtration. In addition, you can use the ladle to check the conditions in the fryer. (strainer, grid, ...)
Use a ladle and a white bowl to take some oil from the fryer. Ideally take a sample from the bottom, so that you can see the particles floating in the oil.
Together with the customer, look at the sample and explain where the particles are coming from. Check the smell and create understanding with the customer what will happen to their oil if the particles are not filtered out and stay in the oil. These particles burn day by day and therefore the oil breaks down faster. The quality of the products suffers as the particles stick to the product and are distorted along with it.
Explain the advantages of VITO: Filtering out the particles is the goal! The result is a extended service life of the oil and better quality of the fried products.
! At this point, it is useful to refer to the customer's menu and products in order to make the demonstration more customized.
The customer also benefits from less work around the fryer, as the oil needs to be changed less often and fewer particles stick to the surface. In addition, cleaning the fryer becomes easier.
Transition to VITO explanation: And now I will show you how to filter these particles out of the frying oil
VITO frying oil filters are the solution to filter out particles from the oil
Show the individual parts of the VITO: Electrical unit, pump-filter unit and drip tray.
Take out filter paper, show size and area. Let the customer feel the cellulose.
! Here the customer's question could be provoked:
How much does a filter cost? - The answer can be put in comparison e.g. as much as a cup of coffee.
Or: How often can a filter be used? - 6-12 filtrations, the more accurate the customer situation can be estimated, the better.
Price quotation with the note that usually only two filters are needed per week and therefore one PE100 filter box often covers a year's demand.
Skillfully insert the filter and assemble VITO so that the customer can see how easy it is to make VITO ready for operation. Then plug it in, place it safely in the fryer and start filtration.
